Phoenix Hydraulics is a hydraulic engineering products and services company.
Phoenix needed to expand their customer base geographically and reach new vertical markets and end users. They had a particular interest in breaking into the boating market and wanted to develop a new brand - Phoenix Marine - to achieve that.
They also wanted to capitalise on the growing internet marketplace where they were not well represented. Using the internet to reach new and existing customers presented opportunities for cost savings with regard to their existing sales force.
We conducted a competitor analysis and evaluation of best practice.
We developed a brand that gave Phoenix credibility within the industry and from that developed the supporting collateral such as livery, exhibition stands, brochures and stationery.
We worked with Phoenix to design and implement a brand conscious website that would appeal to buyers within the marine industry. To simplify updates we integrated the website with their existing enterprise planning application, facilitating automated website updates of product text and pricing.
We set up and implemented effective sponsored and unsponsored search engine marketing campaigns to drive traffic from a highly targeted audience.

Focused search marketing strategies have driven new customers to the website facilitating easier conversions and thus allowing significant business growth.
